On or about February 13, 2025, Plaintiff was traveling eastbound on 2100 E. Maddox Avenue in a 2001 black Ford Mustang. Defendant was traveling westbound on the same roadway in a 2024 white Chevrolet Malibu. Defendant attempted to make a left turn onto 1600 Martin Luther King Freeway, a one-way street, and entered it traveling in the wrong direction. In doing so, she cut off the Plaintiff’s vehicle, causing a collision.
As a result of the impact, Plaintiff sustained personal injuries and his vehicle suffered property damage.
