According to the police report, at approximately 3:55 p.m., plaintiff was traveling eastbound on County Road 60 in a white 2018 Toyota Highlander, with no traffic control device governing his direction of travel. At the same time, defendant was traveling northbound on County Road 1140 in a gray 2025 Nissan Sentra and was approaching the intersection controlled by a stop sign.
Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way at the stop sign and entered the intersection, causing a T-bone collision between the front end of plaintiff’s vehicle and the driver’s side door of defendant’s vehicle.
