On June 20, 2025, at approximately 3:51 p.m., plaintiff was traveling westbound on 5900 Carswell Access Road in a 2005 Dodge Ram. At the same time, defendant was traveling eastbound on 5900 Meandering Road in a 2023 Tesla Model Y. As plaintiff approached the intersection of 5900 Carswell Access Road and 5900 Meandering Road, he proceeded through the intersection with the right-of-way.
Defendant, who was facing a stop sign, failed to yield the right-of-way and entered the intersection, striking the passenger side of plaintiff’s vehicle. As a direct and proximate result of defendant’s negligence, plaintiff sustained bodily injuries and his vehicle sustained property damage.
