On March 27, 2024, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling westbound on the 2700 block of Oaklawn Avenue in a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The Defendant, driving a 2016 Cadillac SRX, was exiting a public parking lot to the right of Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Defendant accelerated out of the lot and struck the front bumper of Plaintiff’s vehicle before continuing forward and crashing into a tree and a sign.
As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained injuries, and her vehicle sustained significant damage.
