On August 11, 2023, at approximately 5:45 a.m., Plaintiff and their passenger were traveling westbound on NW Highway at the Walton Walker intersection in Dallas, Texas, in a 2006 gray Lincoln Town Car. Defendant was traveling southbound on the Walton Walker exit ramp in a 2015 white Mercedes-Benz C300. Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way and made a left turn onto NW Highway, colliding with the vehicle occupied by Plaintiff and their passenger.
As a result of the collision, they sustained injuries, and their vehicle sustained damage. Settlement amount of $103,230.00 (passenger) + $81,770.00 (driver),
