On or about October 5, 2023, at approximately 9:10 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling with passenger in a 2015 black Lexus IS in the far-left lane on the 2100 block of North Peak Street. Defendant was traveling in the same direction in a 2018 white Dodge Ram 3500 in the middle lane. Defendant attempted to make a left turn onto Cabell Drive from the incorrect lane and collided with Plaintiff’s Lexus.
As a direct result of Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiffs sustained injuries, and Plaintiff’s vehicle was totaled. Settlement amount of $198,236.00 (the driver) + $104,418.00 (the passenger).
