On July 25, 2023, at approximately 5:35 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling northbound on Freeway 635 in a 2006 black Ford Cobalt, occupying the second lane from the left. An 18-wheeler attempted to change lanes and collided with the rear-left side of Plaintiff’s vehicle, causing it to spin and be dragged approximately a quarter of a mile.
Following the accident, the 18-wheeler driver refused to provide insurance information and did not report the incident to the police.
