On or about September 25, 2025, at approximately 12:25 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound on the 11200 block of Harry Hines Boulevard in a gray 2010 Honda CR-V, accompanied by his wife, who was eight months pregnant. The Defendant was traveling eastbound on the 2500 block of Fabens Road in a silver 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and was stopped at a stop sign. He failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign and entered the intersection, causing a collision with Plaintiffs’ vehicle.

As a result of Defendant’s negligence, the Plaintiffs sustained injuries, and their vehicle was damaged.
