On April 26, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., the plaintiff was walking along E. Pipeline Road. The defendant, an unknown driver, was traveling in the opposite direction on E. Pipeline Road in a white 2014 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. According to a witness, the defendant attempted to make a left turn and failed to yield to an oncoming vehicle traveling straight, resulting in a collision. The impact caused the struck vehicle to hit the plaintiff. As a result of the incident, the plaintiff sustained injuries.
