On or about February 4, 2025, Plaintiff was traveling northbound on I-130 Highway in a gray 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. The Defendant was also traveling northbound on I-130 Highway in a white 2020 Jeep Wrangler.
The Defendant, who was either inattentive or following too closely, rear-ended the Plaintiff’s car.
