On April 3, 2025, at approximately 7:22 a.m., Plaintiff was traveling eastbound on FM 17 in a 2023 Nissan Rogue (gray). Due to heavy traffic, she brought her vehicle to a complete stop. The Defendant was traveling eastbound on FM 17 behind our client in a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox (beige) at an unsafe speed.
The Defendant failed to control his speed and was unable to stop, resulting in a rear-end collision with Plaintiff’s vehicle. The collision caused property damage and injuries to Plaintiff.
