On or about September 16, 2023, at approximately 9:42 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling on Bruton Road in a gray 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The Defendant was traveling on Lewiston Avenue in the opposite direction in a blue 2008 Ford Ranger XLT. The Defendant, who was distracted and failed to notice a vehicle passing on the other side of the street, struck the Plaintiff’s vehicle on the left side.
As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained injuries and her vehicle was damaged.
