Garland, TX Failure to Yield Right of Way Crash: $50,000

On February 14, 2025, at approximately 7:06 p.m., Plaintiff was traveling southbound in the middle lane of 1300 S. Jupiter Road in a 2022 Nissan Frontier. Defendant  was exiting a private driveway in a 2021 Honda Accord and attempted to make a right turn onto southbound 1300 S. Jupiter Road. Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way to Plaintiff, resulting in a collision.

As a result of the defendant’s negligent driving, Plaintiff sustained injuries, and his vehicle was damaged.
