A 26-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning, and the suspected driver has been charged.
Police say the motorcyclist was heading north in the southbound lanes of the Allen Parkway when he was struck by a wrong-way driver. The driver then fled the scene, but was later caught and charged with intoxication manslaughter.
