Paris Maulet was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and relocated to Houston, Texas after Hurricane Katrina. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Prairie View A&M University in Psychology, she attended law school at Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Paris is a first-generation college student and throughout her collegiate career, Paris developed a tremendous work ethic that she applies daily to advocate for injury victims. In 2021 Paris was awarded for her Philanthropy work by LexisNexis for developing a program to help minorities gain access to a legal education. Paris has always had a passion to advocate for those in need. As a third-year law student, Paris worked alongside Judges and Attorneys in the Harris County Family Courts handling child welfare cases.
Paris is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and Black Lawyers Association.
In her free time, Paris is an entrepreneur who enjoys working with her family cleaning business, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
