Leena Joseph was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Houston where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude. Thereafter, Ms. Joseph went on to earn her law degree at the Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Joseph began her practice working on behalf of insurance companies defending their insureds in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and premises liability cases. As an insurance defense attorney for many years, Ms. Joseph gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and insight into how insurance companies assess claims and defense strategies. Since transitioning to helping injury victims three years ago, Ms. Joseph has first-chaired nearly 30 trials, including several excess verdicts. Ms. Joseph is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. While not being a force in the courtroom, Ms. Joseph spends her time with her three children, working out and enjoying Houston’s restaurant scene.
