Abraham Guajardo vs. United Van Lines (English)

Abraham Guajardo was injured when the car he was driving was struck by a truck driven by Jacob Swearinger and owned by United Van Lines. Defendant Swearinger failed to yield right-of-way when approaching an intersection. He attempted to turn in an unsafe manner and struck Abraham Guajardo.
